Since 1990 Investors Unlimited Inc has operated in various market conditions and real estate cycles. Our Founder and President, Carlos Gatmaitan, has been and currently is a Real Estate Broker for the past twenty-eight years. Along with being a seasoned Broker, he is an active Real Estate Investor since 2000.

With the vast amount of knowledge and familiarity of the Real Estate Market, Carlos has built a team of young investors to grow his company with. From the assistance of his team, they spread and cover various niches within the Real Estate Market that will provide the best return on investments for our Investors. We have done many transactions and renovations which include but are not limited to single family residence, land developments, multi-family units, and would like to expand to larger opportunities.

Carlos’s ultimate goal is “to develop long term income to secure retirement and to pass down to our children and future generations”. Our young team of investors are always up to date with the current Real Estate market trends, politics pertaining to Real Estate, and cities or niches to invest in. Through our service and partnership, our team can provide the best insight on areas to invest that will generate the best cash on cash return. Founder and President of Investors Unlimited, Carlos Gatmaitan, is the leader who oversees our day to day operations on all projects. Seasoned Real Estate Broker and Mortgage loan officer, Carlos actively represents clients on both sides of a deal.

When Carlos takes a break from his projects, you’ll find him spending time with his family and or watching his favorite football team, The Patriots, on TV!

Kayla Gatmaitan

Kayla is no stranger to the Real Estate industry and growing up along side the nature of the business, she resonates with her fathers work first hand. She too developed a passion to help others through real estate and thus Kayla is always inspiring to help her clients create generational wealth. Quick to analyze any market and the well rounded knowledge in Real Estate, Mortgage Loans, and Construction, Kayla is your go to person for all your investment needs!

When Kayla’s not putting offers in and managing projects, you can find her working out at Uplifted Athletics or traveling the world on her instagram!

Mark Ordon

During Marks undergraduate tenure, he earned his bachelor’s degree in finance along with a minor in Real Estate. Mark has found a passion for the industry and aspires to help his clients build their Real Estate portfolio. Familiar in the Culver City and the surrounding areas, Mark is ready to streamline the management process and take off all the stress for his clients.

When Mark’s not making killer spreadsheets and analyzing deals, you can find him walking his dog Louis and getting crushed by other fantasy football teams.

Jaime Dongo

Spending hours shadowing and learning from Carlos, Jaime has mastered the art of apprenticeships.

When Jaime’s not working on our website and browsing for deals, you’ll find him networking at social events and or doing his morning calisthenics at the gym!

Expectations

As we have stated before Investors Unlimited has had 28 years of experience in real estate investing. Therefore, if there is a deal that we don’t feel comfortable based on our analysis, we will not work on that investment property and will look for another opportunity. We only look for win-win situations for both the client and the corporation.
